The Playbook of Life

Transcend the Rules of Time

The Playbook of Rules is in your Court Now

And it’s starting to look a little nicer in here. A bit fresher, as though no time has passed at all. And really it hasn’t, because time does not march forward my friend in a straight and steady line; it moves with the rhythm of your life. Up a little here, down a little there. A little to the left, now shake it all about. And before you know it you’ve got a party train moving through your living room floor busting a move like you haven’t seen before.

And that my friends is a very satisfying day.

It’s the day you no longer predict the outcome of your life, you choose the path you want to follow and create it everyday with a newness in mind that transcends the rules of time.

And that will be the day that you discover the trap door in the floor of your mind’s next-thought-thinking-process and flip that sucker over on its head just like you were doing jumping jacks with yourself but suddenly decided to fly instead. It’s so much easier when you know how to get where you want to go without asking someone else’s permission each and every time.

The Rhythm of your Life

Just sauntering out the door, keys in hand, backpack on and moving with the rhythm of your life, each and every day as if it’s the only thing you can do now because that’s what rhythm is.

Moving and bending and flowing by choice with the ease of a breath of fresh air. Not agonizing over each and every little outcome.

You might scratch the paint on the car door a few times while you’re learning to drive, but what the hell a little scratch or two never hurt anyone.

And that’s the way you need to start looking at things.

A scratch you have to buff out means you lived a life that taught you something new. Not something to sit down and gripe about.

That only gets you… nowhere.

Not even out of the parking lot. And there’s a whole world to explore. A new sight to behold. And best of all a new life to ‘life’ that’s just the way you always wanted to be.

And, hey! Don’t forget to tell them, I told you so.

For all to flare. For all to care. For all to share.
